Meeting called to order September 21, 2019 at 9:10 am
eastern time by President Paul Morrison.
Pledge of Allegiance started the meeting.
Normal quorum for 82 members requires 21 to be present. Those attending numbered 23

The 12/31/18 financial statements and audit report were read
by Pete Vuchetich. Motion by Gary

Communications – Les Braddock-
working to reach Kingsmen by various Social media. The Association doesn’t exist without the
members, and the 10ers are getting older, but we still need to increase our
members. Members can reach out to other
Kingsmen and encourage joining and attending the reunions.
Administration – Dave
Bilby – Treasurer’s report and recognition of staff.
Report – from Pete Vuchetich was presented
report – at 12/31/18 in savings is $10,531, checking is $ 12,252, and inventory
is $4,399. The Profit & Loss
Statement for the year ended December 31, 2018 reflected net income of $ 365. Reunion income was a total of $3,952 and
expenses were $3,752. Ship’s store
income was $2,069 and expenses were $1,909.
Other miscellaneous income was $642 and expenses were $637.
Ship’s Store – Terry Winters -
More variety of items to purchase because the quantity purchases that used to
be a minimum of 24 know has no minimum.
Also personalized merchandise is also available upon request.
Reunion – 2020 location is at Mt Rushmore (Rapid City, SD),
and will be September 24th through 26th. The 2020 reunion director is Pete Vuchetich. Hotel will be either Camberra, Grand Gateway,
or Best Western. Rates are being
Membership selection of 2021 reunion location: At the 2018 annual meeting, it was set that
all future reunion hotel requirements will be that the hotel has a restaurant,
and is close to other restaurants and activities, and has a hotel shuttle that
will deliver and pick up at designated spots within a certain mileage radius. City options by membership and first vote –
St Louis(1), Memphis(1), Corpus Cristi(2), San Antonio(18), Minneapolis/St Paul(9),
Branson(19) – Second vote San Antonio(4),

The new Board was elected and included:
Les Braddock, Jim & Lori Aragon, Pete Vuchetich, Steve Starry, Paul
Morrison, Dave Bilby. Motion by Wendell
Dickey, Second by Bob Bialorucki.
Approve adding Paul Morrison, Les Braddock, and Pete
Vuchetich as signers on the general checking and savings account. Motion
by Terry Winters, Second by Bob Bialorucki. Approved by membership.
Be careful putting information
into social media as there are people out there that will take that information
and use it to do harm to the computers of those opening the media information.
There are two Kingsmen who have terminal cancer that we will send cards and personalized
King caps. Going forward, review each
time we are made aware of similar situations.
